why self-acceptance matters more
for a long time, people believed that you need goals on your path through life. you can emotionally charge these goals positively. you should mentally expect their realization to get closer to your inner ideal image of yourself. one day, you embody this ideal image.
sounds plausible and promising. positive attracts positive… resonance principle, maybe you’ve heard of it before? so why haven’t we all reached our goal yet?
because we haven’t defined it clearly enough?
because we don’t believe enough in success?
because we haven’t done it well enough?
so do we just have to keep working on it? sounds convincing? i don´t think so.
Possible that there is something wrong with the idea? isn’t this always-more-and-more-and-more suspicious?
we are caught up in the constant stress of self-improvement!
let’s adopt a radically different attitude and think on here and now. we are people on a great journey through unknown worlds. we are human, full of imperfections and wonders. we move towards our goals all by ourselves.
this relates to having trust in ourselves. it involves treating human beings with kindness. it also means being grateful for the life we experience today.
if we succeed in doing this, we ourselves become the goal and everything within us is quiet and good. today is the right day to start!
